How Termite Inspections Work
How can I prevent termites in my home or business?

If you suspect termites, remember these two key points:
Skills and Knowledge Count
You want someone who:
- Understands how termites move, roam, and strike.
- Has strong skills and experience in finding and stopping termites.
- Is insured and licensed
- Uses up-to-date tools and tech
Dedication and Ability Matter
Next, you need to know they are someone who:
- I will hear your worries.
- Discuss past activities and treatments offered.
- We will keep you updated with important news.
- Always protect your property.
- We will carefully handle every termite inspection.
Termite Check

Inspection is a clear and organized process.
Termite Inspection Outdoors
We start by checking the outside of your property, paying close attention to spots that attract termites, especially damp areas around the building.
These spots may include:
- Garden beds placed against outside walls, particularly those with thick plants that make shady, moist areas.
- Areas where air conditioning pipes or drainage cause regular moisture accumulation near the building
These conditions attract termite activity.
We check around your home systematically, looking under:
- decks
- timber structures
- forest
- bases
- and more addressing all areas.
Photos are taken of the area for the report.
Indoor Termite Check
We inspect a house for issues with the wood and paint:
- All wall sections
- Doorways
- sill edges
Check the window and door frames to make sure the wood and walls are strong and in good condition.
Occasionally tapping the walls can help us find termite activity by letting us hear if their mud tunnels are breaking in the wall.
- We hear through all barriers with a stethoscope.
- Use a thermal camera when needed.
- We inspect your roof space.
